What does success look like in this role?
· Drive the pivot from a B2C to B2B model, focusing on building and scaling the business.
· Achieve significant revenue growth, targeting $100M to $150M within the next five years.
· Execute an exit strategy by 2029, achieving an EBITDA of $35M with a 4.0 MOIC and a 35% IRR.
· Establish the business as a recognized industry leader.
· Build an efficient and scalable team and operational structure.
THE ROLE
The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:
· Developing and executing a comprehensive sales and growth strategy.
· Building the foundation for scaling the B2B business, including team development, process creation, and CRM optimization.
· Providing hands-on leadership to identify and capture low-hanging fruit opportunities in the market.
· Engaging directly with customers and stakeholders to drive sales.
· Preparing the business for an exit, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring a strong financial narrative for potential buyers or investors.

YOUR BACKGROUND
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
· Proven track record of scaling businesses, ideally in fixtures, furniture, or living products industries.
· Extensive B2B sales expertise, particularly in multi-product environments.
· Experience leading growth within a $50M to $500M revenue business.
· Skilled in strategy creation, CRM utilization, and operational execution.
· Private equity experience or aspirations to work within a PE-backed environment.

LOCATION
Home-based, ideally in Texas, though open to other locations across the United States.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $200,000 – $225,000
Bonus Package: 100% to 200% of salary
