The plumbing division includes 4 installation technicians, 8 service technicians, 6 apprentices, and 12 plumbers, excluding sewers and underground services. With a $50M revenue business and a current EBITDA of $9M, the company aims to reach a 20% EBITDA margin by 2026. The plumbing division currently generates $10M in revenue, with the potential to double under the right leadership. Their primary focus is residential retrofit services, making up 99.5% of their business, rather than new construction.

With a track record of helping businesses scale and maximize value, it provides strategic guidance, operational expertise, and financial resources to its portfolio companies.

THE ROLE
The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:
· Managing P&L responsibilities ($5-7M) with the potential to expand.
· Driving sales growth through strong leadership and strategic decision-making.
· Making quick, informed decisions to optimize operations.
· Leading a team of 18 direct reports, ensuring accountability and high performance.
· Working closely with senior leadership, who specialize in HVAC and provide support.

YOUR BACKGROUND
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
- Plumbing sales and operations with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- $5-7M P&L management experience, with the ability to scale further.
- Residential plumbing expertise (3-5 years minimum).
- Strong sales skills, with a track record of generating new business.
- Quick decision-making ability to adapt to fast-moving operations.

LOCATION
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 (Potential to reach $170,000).
Bonus Package: 20% based on EBITDA, KPIs, and department performance.
