THE ROLE
The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:
· Lead and own full P&L responsibility for the branch.
· Oversee marketing strategy and customer acquisition to drive lead generation.
· Ensure operational software implementation is completed and utilized effectively.
· Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track and drive profitability.
· Provide leadership to the operations team and directly manage 8 employees (total workforce: 40).
· Drive expansion in HVAC and electrical services, increasing market share.
· Implement change management strategies to modernize business practices.

· Full autonomy to run the branch with shared resources (HR, Marketing, etc.).

YOUR BACKGROUND
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
- Full P&L experience running a branch or business.
- Experience in plumbing and HVAC, ideally stronger in plumbing.
- Sales and marketing expertise with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Financial acumen and ability to drive performance through KPIs.
- Experience leading through change and implementing operational software.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $180,000 - $210,000
Bonus: 50% on EBITDA targets, with potential OTE up to 100% if targets are exceeded
