THE ROLE

The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:

·        Leading overall strategy and driving the company towards its growth goals.

·        Managing the integration of M&A acquisitions and entering new markets.

·        Overseeing operations with a hands-on approach, working closely with the team in Hartford.

·        Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the private equity firm and potential investors.

·        Providing strategic leadership while collaborating with the former CEO, who will serve as an advisor during the transition

YOUR BACKGROUND

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

·        CEO or COO experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment.

·        Proven track record in managing businesses under $10M EBITDA.

·        Experience leading M&A integrations and driving organic growth.

·        Demonstrated private equity experience, with a deep understanding of how to work within a portfolio company structure.

·        Expertise in handling both sales and operations functions, with a hands-on leadership style.
