When you appoint Raw Selection on a Contingent basis, we will approach up to 20 candidates for the opening through a network-wide search. This includes over 5,000 candidates that we have interviewed previously.

On top of comprehensive interviews, we will conduct due diligence and culture fit assessments to ensure the candidates are perfectly aligned with your organisation and its requirement.
