The Operating Partner of CW Industrial Partners was acting as the Interim CEO at Bryant Products and needed to transition out of the role quickly to focus on other projects. Bryant, being well-established, needed improvements in operational efficiency to position the company for a successful exit within the next 2-3 years.

Their products include conveyor take-ups, straight rollers, tapered rollers, bearings, and pulleys made from a range of metal materials. They serve industries such as distribution, retail, automotive, and food and beverage, with a strong emphasis on ultra-high precision CNC machining and metal forming techniques like Metal Airform.

  • Looking at Competitors in the Area: This was key in identifying a candidate with the right experience. Focusing on the Milwaukee area, we found a candidate who lived just 15 minutes away from Bryant's location and had the exact product expertise in CNC and metal forming, with a background in automation components.

  • Above and Beyond: We made sure to cover every avenue of contact to ensure the candidate was fully aware of the opportunity. We kept the candidate updated throughout the process and clearly outlined the next steps, maintaining continuous communication to align expectations.
