REASON FOR THE SEARCH

At first, we didn’t see an urgent need in their buisness, however our organization had a strong presence in a similar field as the Private Equity firm. When we understood that they were planning to expand, we reached out and they expressed a desire to work with us.

THE PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM

THE PORTFOLIO COMPANY 

Canopy Roofing is a company that upholds principles of quality service, trustworthiness, ingenuity, honesty, and leadership. They prioritize providing their customers with high-quality service in a timely manner while building trustworthy relationships. Their experienced staff demonstrates attention to detail and creativity, effectively transforming roofing problems into solutions. The company values openness to suggestions and improvements, emphasizing detailed and truthful communication. Canopy Roofing sees their customers as teachers and aims to provide top-of-the-line professional services, intending for mutual growth and long-lasting business relationships.

Canopy Roofing offers various services, including re-roofing, roof repairs, and inspection services. They provide top-quality roofing products such as dimensional shingles, cement or clay tiles, and standing seam metal roofs. Using high-quality underlayment, they ensure efficient and effective roof systems with craftsmanship backed by product manufacturers. Their trained and experienced roof specialists accurately identify the source of leaks and replace or reseal damaged areas to create dry homes. Additionally, their inspection services provide honest and thorough documentation, aiding in interactions with insurance companies, public adjusters, or trade contractors.

WHY RAW SELECTION

The Private Equity firm was having trouble seeking someone who fit the search requirements. They needed someone who was highly qualified, had a proven track record in managing successful exits, mergers and acquisitions, and adept at operating within comparable industries. Due to a lack of clarity regarding the specific desires and requirements of the client, the selection of profiles we presented were smaller than our usual searches.

However, we continued to maintain consistent communication with the candidate during the entire recruitment process and successfully obtained a comprehensive understanding of their qualifications and alignment with the organization’s objectives. From this, we were able to present them with a candidate that fit the exact requirements and was an excellent culture fit.

THE PROCESS
