THE REASON FOR THE SEARCH
There was not an urgent need for the company to start expanding their team. However, Raw Selection has a strong presence in a similar field as the Private Equity firm, and when we understood that they were planning to expand, we reached out, and they expressed a desire to work with us.

The firm's journey began in 1993, and in 2010, the Ridgemont partnership was officially formed after nearly two decades of managing Private Equity strategies at the Bank of America and its predecessors. Over the last decade, Ridgemont has successfully raised capital from world-class Limited Partners and deployed over $3 billion in leading private companies.
THE PORTFOLIO COMPANY
AC Corporation, established in 1935, stands as a prominent and reliable source for a comprehensive range of industrial and commercial systems. WHY RAW SELECTION
The Private Equity firm was having trouble seeking someone who fit the search requirements. They needed someone highly qualified, had a proven track record in managing successful exits, mergers, and acquisitions, and was adept at operating within comparable industries. Due to a lack of clarity regarding the specific desires and requirements of the client, the selection of profiles we presented was smaller than our usual searches.
However, we continued to maintain consistent communication with the candidate during the entire recruitment process and successfully obtained a comprehensive understanding of their qualifications and alignment with the organization’s objectives. From this, we were able to present them with a candidate that fit the exact requirements and was an excellent culture fit.
THE PROCESS
Raw Selection went above and beyond in this search for a VP of Integration by following through with the 15-step process and developing a strong rapport with the candidate, thereby facilitating a candid exchange of thoughts and enabling effective communication with the client. We also offered comprehensive assistance and guidance to the candidate, prioritizing their comfort and well-being throughout the entirety of the process.
Overall, Raw Selection completed a very successful search within one week. The company now has a VP of Integration to drive the business forward and bring it to new heights.
Raw Selection commences every search by discussing and understanding the full search requirement and brief. Raw Selection’s Senior Associate, Mohammed Vali, led the search, and with the cooperation of the hiring managers, they built out a full picture of the company, the employees, the culture, and exactly the type of profile that was needed to succeed in this position.
Raw Selection followed our extensive 15-step search process. However, we had already found an individual who was a great fit, and therefore the process was shortened, and we were able to present a candidate immediately.
