Ranjeet Sandhu is a highly accomplished finance and operations executive with deep expertise in private equity, M&A due diligence, and financial strategy. As Head of Operations at Maddox Capital Partners, he has overseen finance, compliance, HR, and investor relations while managing a portfolio of 310 real estate investments valued at £140M. His leadership extends to structuring £150M credit facilities, driving acquisition due diligence, and leading institutional investor engagements. Previously, at Deloitte, Ranjeet played a critical role in high-profile private equity transactions, including Aviva’s £5.6B acquisition of Friends Life and KKR’s investment in Marshall Wace. His strategic acumen, risk management expertise, and ability to drive financial efficiencies make him a key asset in high-growth investment environments.

THE PROCESS
Raw Selection commences every search by discussing and understanding the full search requirement and brief. Raw Selection’s Senior Associate, Haleema Hussain, led the search and worked with Managing Partner, Alex Rawlings, who, with the cooperation of Robert Walsh, hiring manager at QVentures, built out a full picture of the company, the employees, the culture, and exactly the type of profile that was needed to succeed in this position.
