Post Capital Partners needed a new Senior Associate to support new deals and the firm's expansion.

Founded in 2004 and based in New York, Post Capital Partners is a prominent investment firm managing three funds, with Fund 3 totaling $100 million in capital. They are preparing to launch a fourth fund targeting $150 million, having already raised over $100 million and aiming to secure the remaining $50 million this year.

Their investment strategy emphasizes the importance of strong senior management and collaboration with experienced leaders or visionary executives. They focus on industries such as Business Services, Environmental and Industrial Services, Security Services, Education Services, Healthcare Services, Data/Information Services, Financial/Information Services, Niche Manufacturing and Distribution, and Transportation & Logistics across the U.S. and Canada.

THE SEARCH REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum four years of work experience, including 2–3 years in private equity
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter initiative
  • Expertise in financial modeling, accounting, and due diligence
  • Ability to analyze diverse business models
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the deal process
