Lloyd Jones Capital, a rapidly expanding Private Equity firm focused on Real Estate investments, needed to urgently fill the Investor Relations Manager position. The role was critical to supporting their $700M AUM specialist Real Estate portfolio and enabling continued growth. Lloyd Jones Capital is a well-established Private Equity firm specializing in Real Estate Investments. They have been investing in Multifamily Developments since the 1980s. As an SME, they have a dynamic, fast-paced environment with little bureaucracy, offering a culture that rewards employees and fosters growth.

The firm’s current investment focus spans Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Their goal is to expand their investor base across Europe and the Middle East and to continue scaling their successful Real Estate strategy.

THE SEARCH REQUIREMENTS

The role of Investor Relations Manager at Lloyd Jones Capital had specific requirements to ensure the best fit. The candidate needed to possess:

  • Business Development/Investor Relations experience
  • Private Equity experience
  • Proven experience raising funds from Family Offices
  • Ability to raise $100M per annum
  • A background in Real Estate investments
