THE SEARCH REQUIREMENTS
The portfolio company, Century Inc, needed an Engineering Manager with the following requirements:
- Simulation program experience
- Manufacturing engineering experience
- Automotive/Aerospace experience
- Engineering management experience
- A strong leader
- Located on-site in Traverse City, Michigan
