Lauren Morera was a highly effective Vice President at BV Investment Partners, where she focused on driving strategic investments and portfolio growth. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate at Audax Group, specializing in executing complex buy-and-build strategies in the industrial, business services, and consumer sectors. During her time at Audax, she successfully completed 4 platform investments, 43 add-on acquisitions, and realized 3 platform exits, consistently delivering top-tier returns. Her notable achievements included leading 17 acquisitions for Reedy Industries, resulting in op 5% IRR performance, and driving strategic expansion at Nexus Brands Group, achieving top-quartile returns. Lauren partnered closely with executive teams to accelerate value creation, implement operational enhancements, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
