WHY RAW SELECTION?
With a recent capital raise, Heritage Holding aimed to expand its team to capitalize on growth opportunities in their sector. Heritage Holding trusted Raw Selection to handle the search for a senior investor due to the firm's proven track record and ability to deliver results quickly. The firm was actively expanding and needed support for a critical role.
WHAT WERE THE PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS OF THE SEARCH?
The search was proactive, with no immediate challenges identified by the firm. They were looking to grow their team in line with increased investment capacity.
THE PROCESS
Raw Selection employed its 17-step process to identify the right candidate. Through extensive screening and evaluation, they ensured that candidates met the required criteria and were a good cultural fit for the firm.
