WHY RAW SELECTION

Tritec was on the lookout for a new business development manager to join their team due to the large amount of growth they had sustained from their new acquisitions. They wanted to find someone who not only fit the search requirements but someone who was a good cultural fit.

The search for the role of Business Development Manager for this portfolio company was significant due to the specialty of the Sealing Technology experience needed by the candidate. The main challenge for this search was meeting the specific requirements that were provided. However, Raw Selection is proven in completing difficult searches across Europe and North America.

THE PROCESS

To secure the candidate, Raw Selection followed their extensive 15-step process to ensure a great match was found for the vacancy.

Raw Selection followed our extensive 15-step search process, identifying multiple potential profiles which were then cut down to a shortlist of 3 candidates, all of whom had been fully interviewed and measured for culture fit.

This role took Raw Selection only 7 weeks to fill, which was definitely a great success for us, and also Edgewater and Tritec, and the successful candidate was hired within the early parameters of the time limits we were given for this position.

Lance, VP of Sales, and Marcus, CEO, have incredibly high standards for salespeople to join the business. A need for product and industry expertise as a standard, but a key requirement for them to have a high competency in sales, territory management, and business development, made this search a difficult one.
