Notably, he successfully led critical aspects of Industrial & Financial Systems' acquisition of Poka and Insight Partners' acquisition of Riviera Partners. Gregory excels in aligning strategic and private equity buyers, driving operational due diligence, and delivering accurate financial forecasts. In December, the firm successfully raised its second fund, marking a significant milestone in its growth trajectory. With this achievement, they needed to expand their team to accommodate the increasing demands and opportunities stemming from their growth.
