The Private Equity firm is currently looking to replace its current CFO. They are looking for a new CFO for their portfolio consumer service business to drive the business forward and bring it up to speed and meet targets.

THE PORTFOLIO COMPANY

Nano Hearing Aids is a leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) designer and online retailer of its own affordable, branded hearing aids, on its website and over the phone. The Company offers both completely-in-canal (CIC) and behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids. Nano is one of the fastest-growing hearing aid companies based in the US. All of their devices are FDA registered and designed and engineered by their experienced specialists.

WHY RAW SELECTION

Ceiba Capital Partners had exhausted their network and the candidates they sourced lacked the requirements needed. Their search had become urgent and they wanted to hire as soon as possible.

The main challenge of this search was that the firm wanted to do a '90 days hire' to test the CFO before committing to fully hiring them. THE PROCESS

To secure the candidate, Raw Selection followed their extensive 15-step process to ensure a great match was found for this vacancy.

Raw Selection commences every search by discussing and understanding the full search requirements and brief. Raw Selection’s Senior Associate, Naya Okereke, led the search and with the cooperation of Justin Crane, Hiring Manager of Ceiba Capital Partners, built out a full picture of the company, the employees, the culture, and exactly the type of profile that was needed to succeed in this position.

After conducting over 160 screening calls and interviews, Raw Selection identified an exceptional individual, Jeff Stromberg, who was subsequently hired for the role.

Raw Selection followed our extensive 15-step search process, identifying 21 potential profiles which were fully evaluated and then cut down to a shortlist of 8, all of whom had been fully interviewed and measured for culture fit.

Overall, Raw Selection completed a very successful search within 88 days.

Nano Hearing Aids now has a CFO to drive the business forward and bring it to new heights.
