Paul Labib is a seasoned senior executive and Head of Business Development at Black Diamond Capital Management, where he successfully raised over $2.5 billion for private market strategies since joining in 2017. With extensive experience in investor relations and capital raising within private equity and credit-focused alternative investments, Paul excels at developing sophisticated marketing strategies targeted toward institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments, family offices, and insurance companies. His expertise spans distressed and performing credit, structured fundraising, strategic business development, and investor relationship management. Paul has consistently driven substantial asset growth, executing successful fund launches, and implementing comprehensive marketing and ESG initiatives, making him a key driver of business expansion in highly competitive markets.
