Sophie Reymond is a strategic consulting professional with extensive experience in growth and diversification initiatives across life sciences, industrials, and SaaS sectors. As a Manager at Kalane Consulting, she led high-impact projects, including the development of a €3Bn e-payment platform and the construction of a digital marketing strategy for a telecom operator. Previously, at L.E.K. Consulting, Sophie conducted over 20 due diligence projects for private equity clients and led corporate strategy missions for multinational firms in biotechnology, healthcare, and industrials. With a strong background in financial modeling, business planning, and market expansion strategies, Sophie excels in driving data-driven decision-making and delivering actionable growth strategies.

The firm works closely with the portfolio companies to drive business growth through international expansion, additional products, acquisitions, and organic growth. Through their brand-new position of Knowledge Manager, ArchiMed aimed to bring someone in-house to strengthen their pre-deal due diligence (DD) work.

WHY RAW SELECTION
ArchiMed is located in Lyon, France, and the firm aimed to hire a profile with multiple language skills, which was the biggest challenge seen during this search. ArchiMed also wanted someone skilled in Healthcare or Life Sciences and M&A, which was also challenging to find.
The private equity firm is incredibly fast-growing, and we have worked on multiple successful searches with ArchiMed in the past to aid this growth.
To overcome these challenges, we mapped out across Western Europe’s major cities of investment banking and management consulting firms that operate in the Healthcare or Life Sciences sectors.
Raw Selection followed our 15 steps to fill a search process to complete this vacancy successfully.
The only part of this search that was surprising to Raw Selection was the huge interest in Management Consulting profiles that are aiming to get into the private equity industry.
Overall, this search for ArchiMed was successful, as we secured an excellent and experienced candidate and they are already located in Lyon, which is a huge benefit to ArchiMed.
Since this search, Raw Selection has been further retained on more investment positions and investor relations positions for ArchiMed, and we are looking forward to filling these roles with outstanding candidates too.
