The search was initiated due to the impending retirement of ECPH's Owner and President, creating urgency to secure a top-tier leader who could ensure a smooth transition and continuity within the organization. The search was conducted for East Coast Plumbing & HVAC (ECPH), a commercial and industrial mechanical services provider serving Delaware and surrounding areas for over 30 years, specializing in HVAC and plumbing system replacements, retrofits, renovations, and new construction. Seeking a General Manager for both sites who will transition into the President role as part of their succession plan, replacing retiring executives and ultimately leading the company.
