THE SEARCH REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must have 7-10 years of Private Equity experience, ideally with a background in healthcare investments
• Strong expertise in financial due diligence, modeling, and valuation analysis
• Proven track record of leading transactions from origination to successful exit
• Role based in Lyon, France, with full relocation support available for the right candidate
• Requires a highly driven, motivated, and humble professional with strong leadership potential
• Clear pathway to partnership for individuals demonstrating exceptional performance and strategic vision
• Must possess strong deal execution capabilities, stakeholder management, and portfolio value creation skills
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with investment teams and portfolio executives

THE PROCESS

The search process follows a structured approach, beginning with approval, identifying key talent gaps, sourcing candidates with strong deal experience, conducting multi-stage interviews assessing both technical skills and cultural fit, and finalizing the offer with flexibility on the package.
