THE SEARCH REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must have 7-10 years of Private Equity experience, ideally with a background in healthcare investments
  • Strong expertise in financial due diligence, modeling, and valuation analysis
  • Proven track record of leading transactions from origination to successful exit
  • Role based in Lyon, France, with full relocation support available for the right candidate
  • Requires a highly driven, motivated, and humble professional with strong leadership potential
  • Clear pathway to partnership for individuals demonstrating exceptional performance and strategic vision
  • Must possess strong deal execution capabilities, stakeholder management, and portfolio value creation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with investment teams and portfolio executives
  • Strong cultural fit within a dynamic and growth-focused investment environment

THE PROCESS

The search process follows a structured approach, beginning with approval, identifying key talent gaps, sourcing candidates with strong deal experience, conducting multi-stage interviews assessing both technical skills and cultural fit, and finalizing the offer with flexibility on the package. The successful hire will be expected to integrate quickly, contribute to the firm’s growth, and take an active role in deal origination and execution while adapting to the firm's open and feedback-driven culture.
